Can I add delivery instructions?

Most certainly! In the collection or delivery details of a booking you can add custom driver notes – for example; “Hand it to Mary at office 5” or even this; “leave the key in the keylock on the right side code is 1984”.

Are deliveries signed for?

We know what can happen with a delivery… and that’s why every delivery includes proof of delivery by photo and signature as standard.
